http://www.brigittemehr.com After weeks & months of constant fear based negative news, there is now a palpable feeling of hope in the air. After the historic presidential election last week the feeling in the world is now one of hope & optimism for the future. I live in the UK & even over here people are talking about change for the better under the presidency of Mr Obama – the beginning of a new world order, a new start based on hope & optimism. The culture of fear we have been living in has been perpetuated to a frenzy by the media. It is the media who tries to impose on us what they think we should be thinking & feeling. They constantly print stories of gloom & doom – good news does not make ‘good news’. By buying into this fear we lose energy to it, our vibration falls & our mindset mirrors that of millions of others. The more who begin to feel this way the faster the general energy of the population will fall – like a tidal wave sweeping over us that we have little or no control over. It can be difficult to swim free of this tidal wave but the more who do will make it easier & easier for others to follow. We need to remember that we do have a choice & do not need to inhabit a world of doom & gloom when there is so much to be happy & grateful for around us if only we took the time to see it. We need to make a conscious decision to live in a positive way & our mindset & beliefs need to mirror this & we need to surround ourselves with others who think this way too. If you need to change then now is the time to reinvent yourself – look at Madonna not only the queen of pop but also the queen of reinvention. Each time she comes back stronger, better & more successful than ever. You no longer have to live with your outdated beliefs, thoughts, jobs & relationships. All it takes is a shift in your mindset & a decision to change. We as humans naturally deserve to live in hope, ...
Ok, here as promised is an EFT video, instructing you how to do tapping. This video comes from a request about how do I tap on multiple issues? Do I just list them all at once and give it a once go through? Do I take them one at a time? (these are the things we looked at in this video) You will find that the founder Gary Craig has given EFT practitioners and coaches an un-hindered platform in which to use EFT. What I mean by this is he encourages us to try things, experiment and see shat works. Creativity and new techniques are discovered through trial an error.
